Payment. Detoxx uses Authorize.net to process our credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) payments through their secure online payment system. You may also pay by credit card over the phone by calling (877) 5DETOXX. We also accept cash and personal checks for your convenience. There will be a $40 fee for checks returned by our bank unpaid.

Sales Tax
8.75% sales tax is applied to all items purchased or rented, delivered or shipped within New Jersey. Drink Mixes are now taxable in New Jersey.

Shipping
Detoxx will ship within the 48 contiguous United States only via Fedex.

Shipping Rates
$5 - $40 for each Order depending on weight of order.

Refunds

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INVESTIGATE REFUND REQUESTS AND WILL ISSUE REFUNDS VIA CHECKS ONLY WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF A WRITTEN CLAIM.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Detoxx within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
